Project: Corporate Head Office

Linfox Group with various offices in different locations wished to create a company Head Office. This was to amalgamate and strengthen the business with all divisions in the one corporate head office.
Essendon Fields was selected as the preferred location with various design options provided prior to the final selection of the preferred building envelope.
designphase australia were also the overall head consultant for the project with the building designed from the inside out. The building design was for a 5 Star Green Star which was achieved. Accommodation for over 350 staff with associated facilities was provided in the design.
